Shipping Policy

Shipping in NZ  - Free

Once we have receive notification of your order, we will pack your order within 24 hours, then the courier will be called to collect. 

Shipping Monday – Friday, any orders between 3pm Friday and 8am Monday will be shipped by end on day Monday.

A shut down period between Christmas and early January will be observed, details will be available on the website. Any website orders during this shut down period will be fulfilled on the return date advised.   

If you have any concerns regarding delivery of your order, we will contact you via email to discuss.

International shipping 

International shipping will incur the appropriate shipping cost based on location and shipping type. Prices will be agreed upon before processing sale. Any taxes, duties and/or custom fees outside of New Zealand are the responsibility of the receiver and will not be covered by Golden By Design. 

If the address you are delivering to is an apartment or secure property, a telephone number must be supplied.

Business deliveries must have name of company, full address and a contact telephone number for the recipient.

Golden By Design will deliver to the address provided. We take no responsibility for wrong information

We will endeavour to deliver items on the agreed delivery date, but will not be liable for late deliveries due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.

Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of.

Signature Required 

All couriers are tracked and require the signature of the recipient upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to accept and sign for the courier.
